Changes in snapshot-20091117-01
  - deactivated tests for "real" digital signatures because they are
    currently unused in HBCI context and not working on some cards

  - removed test for DS certificate to detect RDH-3, RDH-6 and RDH-7, 
    because currently even those cards do NOT have a DS certificate
    (although they should according to specification). The indicator for
    certificate based cards is now the existence of the AUT certificate.
